shop > Usha "Avocado Sun"

Asha headed for her favorite picnic spot with nothing but a brown paper bag neatly folded at the top containing an avocado, a lime, and small sharp knife and a spoon wrapped in a paper napkin. Her friends were waiting for her on top of a Mexican blanket under a banyan tree. She plopped down next to them and said, "Avocados ripen best in the sun, but if it's a rainy day, put it in a paper bag in a warm place for a little while."

Her avocado-colored dress was made of a 100% cotton sari hand-woven in a textile cooperative based in Orissa trimmed with an ancient temple motif in black and hints of red. 100% cotton lining. Made in India. Designed in Brooklyn.
