Long weekday walks in the woods in June are a luxury for city dwellers, and quieted the noise inside Asha’s heart and head. The comforting crunch of her footfalls on the forest floor eased Asha into the fold of a warm summer Sunday. She watched her shadow momentarily transform the pattern of dappled sunshine, and felt that she too could break out of her own patterns and find new ones to guide her along. Sometimes it’s good to get out of the city.
